PSYCHOLOGY

PosAbility Psychologists are experienced in working with children, their families and schools across a range of services including assessments, counseling, consultative and case management services.

Assessments
PosAbility offers a range of cognitive, academic, behavioural and emotional assessments to school aged children and adolescents.

Counselling
A range of evidence based counselling techniques and psychological therapies are used to empower children and their families to overcome low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, behavioural difficulties and other emotional barriers to maximize the child’s ability and enable them to reach their potential.


Consultation and Case Management
Comprehensive case management and consultation services are available for children with a range of medical, educational and/or social needs. PosAbility works with parents, schools and other health professionals to create and implement a holistic management plan to best meet the child’s diverse and complex needs.
