CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that during the term, there may be instances due to illness or other commitments, when your child may be unable to attend a scheduled appointment. Due to the high demand on our services and inconvenience to our consultants when an appointment is cancelled, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. We appreciate that at times; it may be difficult to provide more than a day’s notice, such as when your child is suddenly unwell. Up to 2 make-up vouchers per term will be credited to a child’s account where more than 4 hours notice is given for cancellations. These may be used within 6 months during the school holiday periods or if times become available during the term. This may be with an alternative practitioner to the regular consultant/s. No refunds will be given for missed sessions.
