Medicare Service Agreement

1. Chronic Disease Management for people with chronic conditions and complex care needs (up to 5 sessions per calendar year at a rebate of around $55 per session)
2. Better Access to Mental Health for people with a diagnosed mental health condition (up to 10 sessions per calendar year at a rebate of around $85 for a Registered Psychologist or eligible OT)
3. Helping Children with Autism for children younger than 15 years for assessment and intervention for an Autism Spectrum Disorder (up to four assessment sessions and 20 therapy sessions for life with a rebate of around $85 for an allied health therapist)
4. Better Start for Children with Disability for children younger than 15 years for assessment and intervention (up to four assessment sessions and 20 therapy sessions for life with a rebate of around $85 for an allied health therapist) (eligible disabilities only)
