Narelle is an experienced and highly qualified teacher of children with learning difficulties with over 30 years’ experience working in a range of educational settings but primarily working in schools.

Masters in Special Needs
Narelle holds a Bachelor of Education and a Masters in Special Needs from Macquarie University. She is trained in Spalding as well as the Macqlit and Multilit programs developing literacy skills of low progress readers in both the individual and small group setting. She has experience working with students with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia and Dysgraphia.
Narelle has spent the last 14 years working as a Specialist Literacy Teacher at Redlands in Cremorne in Sydney. Her role has been to use evidence-based methods to assess, design, implement and monitor programs for students with learning difficulties. She has supported teachers in the classroom and provided training through team teaching, professional development opportunities and the provision of resources to assist them in working with children with learning difficulties. She has worked closely with parents who want direction on how to support their children at home by providing information and resources that can be used at home.
Narelle has experience delivering programs via zoom over the past 2 years to ensure students continue to learn and achieve whilst in the home environment. She believes that motivation and engagement are key to successful interventions when working with students.
