ASHLEIGH LEE

EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANT

Ashleigh has worked as a high school teacher where she experienced working with students with anxiety, ASD, ADHD, dyslexia and mild intellectual disability. Ashleigh is passionate about working with students who have learning difficulties.

Bachelor of Education (Secondary) and Bachelor of Science at the University of Sydney.

Ashleigh completed a Bachelor of Education (Secondary) and Bachelor of Science at the University of Sydney. While completing her degree, she tutored Year 2 to Year 12 students in literacy, numeracy, junior science and Biology. After graduation, Ashleigh worked as a high school science teacher where she experienced working with students with anxiety, ASD, ADHD, dyslexia and mild intellectual disability. She incorporated Universal Design for Learning principles and differentiation into her lessons to ensure accessibility and student achievement for learners of all abilities. She was also member of the Positive Behaviour for Learning and Numeracy committees where she collaboratively developed whole-school programs to raise student wellbeing and promote numeracy outcomes. She believes in promoting positive behaviours and providing safe and supportive environments to help students reach their goals.

Ashleigh is passionate about working with students who have learning difficulties and is currently studying a Graduate Certificate in Special and Inclusive Education.

At PosAbility, Ashleigh works as an educational consultant designing and delivering literacy and numeracy intervention programs. She is able to work with students from Kindergarten to Year 12, targeting all aspects of literacy and numeracy.
