CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that during the term, there may be instances due to illness or other commitments, when your child may be unable to attend a scheduled appointment. Due to the high demand on our services and inconvenience to our consultants when an appointment is cancelled, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. We appreciate that at times; it may be difficult to provide more than a day’s notice, such as when your child is suddenly unwell. Up to 2 make-up vouchers per term will be credited to a child’s account where more than 24 hours notice is given for cancellations. These may be used within 6 months during the school holiday periods or if times become available during the term. This may be with an alternative practitioner to the regular consultant/s. No refunds will be given for missed sessions.

Health Policy Update 18th March, 2020. With the flu season fast approaching and the increased rate of transmission of Covid-19, PosAbility would appreciate your assistance with the following: If your child is unwell, particularly with any respiratory, cold or flu symptoms, please do not attend sessions or ask your consultant about the possibility of an online session. If your child has a fever or has had a fever in the last 48 hours, we ask that you do not attend.
If you or anyone in your family is unwell with cold or flu symptoms, please ensure they are not remaining in the waiting room. Please use the outdoor seating if weather permits or remain outside of the clinic.
