Being an Speech Pathologist at PosAbility

At Posability, our Speech Pathologists support children with learning difficulties, such as Dyslexia or Dysgraphia, speech and language delays or disorders or differences associated with other delays or disabilities, such as Autism, intellectual Disability or ADHD. Our Speech Pathologists assess and plan and deliver intervention programs in the areas of speech sound disorders, articulation, oral or speech dyspraxia, phonological processing, reading, spelling, writing, comprehension, receptive and expressive language and social or pragmatic language skills. A PosAbility Speech Pathologist has the opportunity to follow their own interests and passions in delivering service options and individual or group programs. Our Speech Pathologists work collaboratively with our educational consultants and allied health therapists as part of our intensive intervention and group programs. Each Speech Pathologist is provided with a budget for professional development and provided with supervision and mentoring.
