Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Psychology) and is currently undertaking a Master of Special Education at Macquarie University.
As a former special education teacher, ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) therapist, and educational consultant at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes in Sydney, he has been involved in the field of special education for approximately eight years. He has worked with children with special needs and specific learning difficulties such as autism, ADHD, and dyslexia, to name a few. His work primarily revolved around administering standardised tests, planning and implementing individualised programs, and mentoring staff for instructional quality.
Eric believes that instruction should not be ‘one size fits all’ – rather, it should be needs-based and differentiated. He always strives to deliver genuinely individualised and enjoyable sessions by integrating the principles of special education, ABA, and growth mindset, while keeping in mind his students’ personality, interests, motivations, and individual learning profile. Above all, Eric is passionate about making a positive impact on his students’ everyday lives and learning experience in general.
